We have received objection notice on our land from council. Our neighbour has some concerned about our plans. Our neighbour has moved in and they have single storey dwelling, because we are planning for double storey, they feel that they will not have enough sun. Our house will block the sun.
Well our neighbour is good, they have told us before making objection, but in this case it seems council will not do anything.
Let us see, but definitly because of this processing time will increase. We have contract expiry date on 30th of October, so I am just concerned if we will not be in position to get council approval on time then what ???
